Nurturing women, mothers, and children with care and expertise

Welcome to Lotus & Lullaby—a space where you’ll find support, education, and community through every stage of motherhood.

IT TAKES A VILLAGE TO SUPPORT A MOTHER.

LET THIS BE YOURS.

Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming.

At Lotus & Lullaby, we believe every woman deserves guidance that feels personal, compassionate, and free of judgment. That’s why we’ve created curated classes that bring together trusted professionals to walk beside you—not just tell you what to do.

Prenatal Classes

Our six-part prenatal series goes beyond the basics. Instead of a single instructor, each class is led by experts in their field: a doula, lactation consultant naturopathic doctor, pelvic floor physiotherapist, sleep consultant, and more.

Together, they’ll prepare you with the knowledge, confidence, and the calm you need as you step into motherhood.

  • Learn about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery from professionals who specialize in each stage

Your Questions, Answered

What makes Lotus & Lullaby’s prenatal classes different?

Most prenatal classes are led by one instructor. At Lotus & Lullaby, we’ve designed a six-part series taught by a team of specialists—including a doula, lactation consultant, Naturopathic Doctor, pelvic floor physiotherapist, sleep consultant, and more. This way, you’re learning directly from the experts who can best answer your questions.

Where are the classes held?

For now, classes are hosted in partnership with a local physiotherapy studio- Kids Physio Group. While Lotus & Lullaby doesn’t yet have its own clinic space, every location we choose is welcoming, comfortable, and designed to make you feel at ease.

When should I sign up for prenatal classes?

We recommend joining anytime during your second or early third trimester. This gives you time to complete the full series before your baby arrives, while the information is still fresh and relevant.

What is the price of classes and what is your refund policy?

Each class is $75+ HST. You can cancel your classes anytime with a 15% processing fee.

Do I have to attend all of the classes?

We highly recommend you come to all classes and we would love to have you with us for all the learning (and fun) we are going to have, however you don’t have to attend every class. You can attend one, two, three or more classes. They also don’t need to be attended in order.
